Neil Oakley
Audit and Risk Committee Co-opted Member
Neil is a seasoned Risk professional having held senior compliance roles across the private sector. He has an in-depth knowledge of regulation, risk management, technology, assurance and organisational systems and controls, has delivered global compliance initiatives in complex regulatory environments and has a passion for change.
With 20 years of experience at global financial institutions, Neil has a deep understanding of the high standards of governance and conduct expected of regulated firms and public sector bodies.
As well as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee, Neil is a board member and trustee for Home-Start Essex - a charity that aims to improve outcomes for families with children.
